CONCEPT
The house is situated on a straight parcel surrounded by the family houses which are not architecturally valuable. That is the main reason why the house is closed to its surroundings and it is opened to atrium.
Basic shape of the house is letter L with separated part which is technical background. All bedrooms and living room with dining room are connected to the garden. So the atrium becomes the centre of the house.
