CONCEPT
The basic shape of the house is composite of two concrete blocks which are perpendicular. Second floor block is laid on ground floor block and creates cantilevers on both sides. They provide shield above the terrace on one side and above the parking places on the other side.
The interior of the house is based on communication. In fact it is a one open space which provide a lot of meeting points for its residents.
