CONCEPT
The main idea is to create apartments with the comfort of a family house. Very important thing is a good adaptation of the building´s shape to the sloping terrain, which means a graduation of particular levels, sinking a part of the house to the terrain and creating planes with the green and terraces.The house should not be dominant too much, as the buildings in its surroundings. It should logically cooperate with the slope and surrounding nature. Consequently the colours and materials are clean, clear with simple lines.
Considering the slope of the terrain and attractiveness of the parcel, ideal are four comfort apartments, with the background in the ground floor. All apartments are divided to the zones, technical area is immersed to the ground on the contrary the social and resting zone grow from the ground and offer an interesting view to the town.
