CONCEPT
The parcel is located in the urban area in Brno where are situated mostly family houses and small apartment houses. It is a better situated district, which is also surrounded by nature and provides valuable views.
The basic idea is to create a building with several apartments on the area with dimensions 28 x 39 m, which will have a standard of living in a family house. That means creating a private garden for each apartment with direct access from the main part of the apartment . Equally important are the views to the surroundings which are orientated to the several cardinal directions.
The basic element of the building is a prism with dimensions 7x7x3m. Individual blocks are placed at each other and it makes various height levels and overall structure of the house - the spiral. The mass of the house is connected to cylinder - external escape staircase which is in contrast to the main solid.
