CONCEPT
Parcel is situated on the lakeside in a countryside in the end of the village. The parcel is divided into public part and a private part. Barrier between them is created by the terrain wave.
In the private area is place for the lakeside villa. Its shape is in the contrast with surroundings, but on the other hand its sharp white lines fit into the landscape and enrich it. Terrain slopes down towards the lake, so the building is rising from the ground.
House is open to water nevertheless it provides enough privacy to its residents, thanks to its wavy plan. Villa is composed of three logical and visible parts which have different functions – technical, social and resting. Connection between the house, water and its surroundings is created by big windows, terrace and the pier which is heading to the water.
